Responsibilites & Expectations:

  • The ideal candidate will deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
  • Train management staff in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper knowledge of all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Evaluate and develop managers, chefs and all staff in a consistent and goal driven manner.
  • Ensure proper reporting of all revenue, and costs. Manage all the costs of the restaurant effectively.
  • Participate in PR and Marketing meetings to assist in developing initiatives to drive and grow our business.
  • This position requires you to have an overall operational, financial and culinary responsibility for the restaurants

What will be expected of you as a General Manager?

  • As a leader you will lead the team in a coordinated effort with the Executive Chef to ensure profitability and exceptional customer service.
  • You will lead the store-level implementation of the corporate beverage program and assist in the development of local specialty wine selections.
  • Additionally, you are responsible for managing the sales force and generating revenue through the sale of food and wine.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a General Manager role
  • B.S. in hospitality or business-related field is preferred
  • Active participation in Bar program within the past 5 years
  • Passion for food, wine and service standards
  • A highly developed sense of entrepreneurship
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional leadership skills are a must
  • Must have superior communication skills (written, verbal, and be well spoken and polished)
  • Possess superior computer and math skills
